Return Policy

If you would like to return your item(s) please send us an email at orders@beautydesign.com . Products must be returned in original packaging, in new condition. Items must be returned within 15 days from the receipt of the goods.

Let us know the items you want to return along with your order details. We will reply and let you know if we will accept your return. Returns will be only be accepted with our written consent. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from GAMMA & BROSS SpA or GAMMA & BROSS USA INC.. We do not accept items if they are defective or damaged, are in unsellable condition, are not in the original packing, are missing in parts or are 15 days past delivery.

If we accept your return you will be charged a 50% minimum restocking fee. We cannot take care of return shipping charges or refund original shipping and handling fees. All the items that require a color specification by the customer are subject to a 70% restocking fee. All the items that require customization cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged and no refunds will be accredited for any reason.

We will send you written instructions by email, please package the item securely in the original packing, and ship it prepaid and insured to the manufacturer's address as indicated in the email. The customer is responsible for the correct re-packing of products when returned to ensure damage does not occur during shipment. We will notify you via email of your accepted refund once we have received and processed the returned item. We will process your refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 15 business days of us receiving your return, after deducting original shipping and handling fee as well as any customs fee that may have been applied to returned items.
